KW-4AD型滴胶机（英文名：Dispensing Module）是通过气压系统将针筒中的胶均匀地压出。操作简单、无污染。主要适用于半导体工艺、制版及表面涂覆等滴胶工艺，可在工矿企业、科研、教育等单位作生产、科研、教学之用。

KW-4AD是一款小型，使用简单的滴胶机，可以精确的将溶液滴到基片上。针管的使用让更换溶液非常简单，不用清洗，不用担心其它溶液的潜在污染。这些特点可以使滴胶工作最优化，成为实验室用的理想选择。可以与匀胶机KW-4A配套使用，让滴胶和匀胶一体化。

KW-4AD Dispenser is a compact and easy-to –use dispenser for precisely dispensing spin-on liquid onto the substrate to obtain uniform deposition of thin films and coatings.Its use of syringes allows easy change of dispensing liquids without teious cleaning,eliminates potential contamination from other solutions.These features enable the quick formulation and optimization work,thus makes it a powerful tool for your research.In conjunction with KW-4A spin coater,the system can be used to deposit varieties of coatings and films.

KW-4AD Precision R&D Dispenser uses pressured inert gas to dispensing coating solutions with wide range of viscosity.A unique gas management and high-speed solenoid system work together for consistent depsit control.

★ 使用说明:
1. 将针筒的插头插入接口1中；
2. 将气压瓶的接口与滴胶机的接口2相连并拧紧；
3. 正确安装完毕后，请注意使用工作压力；
4. 根据滴胶需要调节调压阀、境压阀以控制系统的压力大小，以控制滴胶量的多少。压力变化可由压力表直观地看出；
5. 调整好系统压力后，将针微滴胶口调整至所需位置，每次按动按钮，胶即被滴出。
